Anxur was founded in November 2019 by two punk enthusiasts with a mutual love for plant-based food.
They say: "cooking whole plant-based food is so satisfying and it stimulates your creativity".
Anxur combines home cooking flavours with fresh natural ingredients to create classic and innovative recipes.
